R&D Positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining intelligent medical imaging products, implementing user interfaces and business logic using the PyQt framework.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of 2D images and 3D views as per requirements.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of DICOM standard services.
- Promptly handle on-site feedback and issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Travel to communicate with users about actual needs and develop new requirements.
- Continuously optimize existing products, collect and summarize product issues into actionable documents for engineering implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, medical informatics, computer science, or mathematics.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience; proficient in Python/PyQt/PySide, with a solid understanding of Qt's signal and slot mechanism; familiar with Qt's drawing mechanism and skilled in using Qt Designer for GUI development.
- Familiar with TCP/IP protocols and network programming; familiar with DICOM protocols, able to proficiently use Python to process DICOM data; candidates with PACS-related experience are preferred.
- Familiar with inter-process communication methods, classic data structures and algorithms.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor market feedback, competitors, and industry trends, compiling reports to optimize product promotion.
- Design and optimize marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and websites, managing ad material iterations and analyzing effectiveness.
- Manage the full process of industry exhibitions, collect sales leads, and plan and execute online and offline events (training sessions, academic conferences, etc.).
- Monitor changes in medical insurance policies, update national medical insurance fee tables, assist in writing medical insurance project documents, resource coordination, and negotiations.
- Plan and execute online sales training meetings, develop standardized courseware, and establish and maintain a sales knowledge base.
- Follow up on sales contracts and bidding processes, draft and sign related documents, categorize and archive them regularly for review and optimization.

- Responsible for the full life cycle management of medical device products, including market research, demand analysis, product planning, product launch, promotion, and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth research on clinical needs, competitor dynamics, and policy regulations, providing market analysis reports.
- Draft product requirement documents and collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and registration teams to drive development and ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Develop product launch strategies, including pricing, channel planning, academic promotion, and training material preparation.
- Collaborate with clinical experts, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and sales teams to identify unmet market needs, defining core product functions and differentiation.
- Monitor post-launch market performance, continuously optimizing product functionality and cost structure.
- Regularly analyze industry trends, evaluate product dynamics, and provide data to adjust strategic planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in biomedical engineering, clinical medicine, marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device product management. Prior experience in successfully leading product launches or managing medical AI products is preferred.
- Familiar with the full product lifecycle management process and possess product planning and design capabilities.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management skills. Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in clinical resources or academic promotion is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
Sales / Agency Positions

Job Requirements:

- Strong execution ability, high enthusiasm, and good learning skills. Can handle high pressure and frequent travel.
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication and coordination abilities, and analytical presentation skills.
- Familiarity with distribution channel development and management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market development and sales in designated areas, completing the annual sales plan.
- Responsible for order follow-up, ensuring timely product delivery, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Participate in and assist various market activities, converting customers through these activities.
