Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining intelligent medical imaging products, implementing user interfaces and business logic using the PyQt framework.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of 2D images and 3D views as per requirements.
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of DICOM standard services.
- Promptly handle on-site feedback and issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Travel to communicate with users about actual needs and develop new requirements.
- Continuously optimize existing products, collect and summarize product issues into actionable documents for engineering implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, medical informatics, computer science, or mathematics.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience; proficient in Python/PyQt/PySide, with a solid understanding of Qt's signal and slot mechanism; familiar with Qt's drawing mechanism and skilled in using Qt Designer for GUI development.
- Familiar with TCP/IP protocol and network programming; proficient in the DICOM protocol and Python for handling DICOM data; experience with PACS is preferred.
- Familiar with inter-process communication methods and experienced in data structures and algorithms.
- Possess strong responsibility, logical thinking skills, communication, coordination, and stress management abilities.

- Conduct in-depth research on clinical needs, competitor dynamics, and policy regulations, providing market analysis reports.
- Draft product requirement documents and collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and registration teams to drive development and ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Develop product launch strategies, including pricing, channel planning, academic promotion, and training material preparation.
- Collaborate with clinical experts, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and sales teams to identify unmet market needs, defining core product functions and differentiation.
- Monitor post-launch market performance, continuously optimizing product functionality and cost structure.

Job Requirements:
